CHARLOTTE — A flurry of technology innovators — including several from Charlotte — are heading to Las Vegas this month for the return of the Consumer Electronics Show. And this year’s attendees from North Carolina are a mesh of veterans — such as Lenovo and Commscope — as well as first-timers like SpiiderGriip.

Nearly two dozen entities from across the state are participating in CES 2020 — and that includes those in the startup pavilion, which showcases multiple early-stage companies. It also includes the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, on a mission to lure relocating and expanding companies to the state.
The show takes place from Jan. 7 to Jan. 10.
