SHELBY, N.C. — Drivers trying to get to the Cleveland County Courthouse in Shelby will have to use a detour for three weeks.

The city is closing a portion of East Graham Street to replace a water line.
The other roads around the courthouse will be open, but city officials said to be aware of the crews working in the area.
