TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for David Raymond Brown, 68, of Taylorsville, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Brown is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.

He was wearing a gray zip-up jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
