CHARLOTTE — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 54-year-old woman who may be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment, officials said.
Catherine Blanche Deery is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. She has blonde hair with green eyes and was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

She was last seen on Britton Wood Place in Charlotte.
Her vehicle is a white 2008 Toyota Yaris with North Carolina tags -- FME6617.
