CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte City Council voted Monday to bring in a major new development that has the potential to reshape a portion of South End.
A developer wants to create The RailYard at South Tryon and Bland streets.
The 320,000-square-foot development will feature two eight-story buildings with apartments, restaurants, shops and a rooftop park.
