INDIAN LAND, N.C. — Owners of CrossRidge Center in Indian Land are signing contracts to build a speculative office building a few weeks after breaking ground on a new YMCA in the development.
Perkins Eastman will be the architect and Edifice Inc. will serve as the general contractor for the 75,000-square-foot office building.

Ben Cerullo, COO of CrossRidge, calls the selection of the firms “an important step in the full development of CrossRidge Center.”
