CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. — People living near Wilson's Creek on Wednesday might hear new sirens being tested.
Caldwell County Emergency Services said at noon that they are testing all five sirens for three minutes along Highway 90.
This is the first test since Eyewitness News reported the system would be installed.
Other than tests, the sirens will only be set off for flash flood warnings or tornado warnings.
