CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Kass Ottley is warning people on the roads after she caught a driver pretending to be a police officer. Ottley told Channel 9 she was driving along Interstate 485 near W.T. Harris Boulevard on Wednesday when she spotted a car tailgating other vehicles.
She said the driver flashed blue lights to get the other drivers to move over, but the vehicle didn't look like a police car.
She reached out to the North Carolina Highway Patrol and shared pictures she took of the car.
No further details have been released.
