GASTONIA, N.C. — A Gastonia man faces a secret peeping charge after a woman complained that he looked into a bedroom window while she was engaged in intimate relations with a girlfriend.
The incident began April 8 with Brian Love knocking on the woman’s door and then running away, the complainant told a magistrate judge.
This went on for more than an hour and did not stop until the woman told Love her brothers were on their way, according to a warrant affidavit.
Love then went to the woman’s bedroom window around 12:30 a.m. Sunday while she was in there with a girlfriend, according to a warrant affidavit.
“He shouted out, ‘I see that,’ repeatedly,” the warrant states.
Love was released from custody Monday on an unsecured bond on the misdemeanor secret peeping charge.
