Deputies in York County are trying to track down thieves who broke into three homes. Two were next to each other on Branch Road and the third was on Lincoln Road.
Elaine Woods was inside her home Monday when she heard banging and voices. She was in the back of the house when the thieves kicked in her front door.
She said all she could do was hide in her bedroom. She couldn't escape or call 911.
After the burglars left, Woods found her front door damaged. The thieves took everything from spare change to her new computer.
Investigators said the thieves stole TVs, a video game system and a gun at the other homes.
