Man Stabbed At Salisbury Car Wash

SALISBURY, N.C.,None — A man was seriously injured after he was stabbed while vacuuming his car Tuesday night.

Salisbury police said Matthew Morris, 20, was vacuuming his car at Lancaster's Car Wash on South Main Street around 10:15 p.m. when a minivan pulled up next to him and five men got out.

Police said one of the men punched Morris and the other men stabbed him in the stomach and robbed him.

Morris was taken to Rowan Regional Medical Center and then transferred to Presbyterian Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
