CHERRYVILLE, N.C.,None — Two people stole $2,000 worth of Prilosec, an over-the-counter medication used to treat heartburn, from the Cherryville Walmart, Cherryville officials said.
The theft happened on May 8. The thieves were inside the store for around 30 minutes, officials said.

The two people left in a gray or silver vehicle with a missing left front hubcap. It could be a Ford Taurus or a Dodge Intrepid, officials said.
Anyone who recognizes the people in the surveillance photos or has information about the theft is asked to call Cherryville police at 704-435-1717.
