CONCORD, N.C. — There's a new push by a racing team this week to help solve Concord murders that happened more than three years ago.
Two people were killed during a robbery at the Sundrop bottling company.
NASCAR driver Kevin Conway will display the images of both murder victims on his race car during Friday’s Dollar General race. It's an effort to help get leads in the case and ultimately find the killer.

On Thursday, Rebecca Vallentine snapped photos of the car that carries the image of her mother, Donna Barnhardt.
“It's been really hard not having the answers,” Vallentine said.
Her mother's picture and a picture of Darrell Noles are now on the No. 87 Extenze Toyota race car.
“I hope that it gets seen, you know, that the right person makes a phone call (and) they solve the case, they get a good lead,” Vallentine said.
On June 13, 2008, Barnhardt and Noles were shot and killed during a robbery at the Sundrop bottling company in Concord.
Police released a sketch of the suspect, who was seen leaving the business, but the case has gone cold.
“This is one of the cases we look at and talk about every day to see if we can find something new, and unfortunately we've not been able to develop much,” Major Allen Overcash with the Concord Police Department said.
Concord police said they've had hundreds of leads that have gone nowhere.
That's why Conway hopes his car will help come race day.
“Hopefully, through the thousands of race fans that are here in attendance this weekend and the millions at home watching on TV, somebody somewhere will see something that will jog their memory and they'll be able to contact the Concord Police Department,” Conway said.
The suspect is described as a black man who is short to average height and has a slim build. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans and had his hair in dreadlocks on the day of the murders.
