Authorities responded Friday morning to reports of an active shooter situation at Lackland Air Force Base.
The Bexar County Sheriff's Office confirmed that two are dead.
The base lockdown has been lifted.
Initial reports indicate the incident was a murder-suicide at Lackland Air Force Base.
