SHELBY, N.C.,None — A Shelby man has been charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to magistrate's orders.
David Shane Stallings, 37, is charged with possessing methamphetamine, a soft drink can and a syringe, as well as operating a vehicle in Lattimore with a revoked driver's license, magistrate's orders state.
Stallings was arrested on Tuesday, according to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office Website, and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle with no operator's license. His bond was secured at $5,000, the website states, and his next court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday.
