Suspected flasher caught after using grocery store card before exposing himself to clerk

INDIAN TRAIL, N.C.,None — A grocery store clerk helped track down a suspected flasher thanks to his frequent shopper card.

Deputies said Francisco Rios exposed himself to a cashier at the Harris Teeter in Indian Trail this weekend.

The clerk was able to identify Rios after he used his store discount card, police said.

Police said Rios has been arrested before for the same crime.
