Eric Trump buys home in South Florida near brother

JUPITER, Fla. — The Trump family continues to migrate to South Florida.

Eric Trump, son of former President Donald Trump, paid $3.2 million for a house close to his older brother in the northern Palm Beach County city of Jupiter, according to Palm Beach County property appraiser records.

In April, Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, reportedly bought a waterfront mansion in South Florida for $9.7 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The home was located in the gated Admiral’s Cove community in Jupiter, located about 30 minutes north of the former president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach.

According to property records, Eric Trump, 37, and his wife, Lara Trump, purchased the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa subdivision in Jupiter. The home is located near the Trump National Golf Club gated community, the Miami Herald reported.

Donald Trump bought the South Florida club from The Ritz-Carlton Co. in 2012 for $5 million, the newspaper reported.

According to a warranty deed, the Trumps bought the home from Robert J. Lucia and his wife, Natalie Lucia, on March 31, 2020.

According to Brown Harris Stevens, the company that listed the home, the residence was built in 2004. Property records state that the home covers 9,981 square feet.

Eric Trump’s sister, Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, bought a mansion in Miami-Dade County in the Indian Creek Village subdivision, the Herald reported.
