SHELBY, N.C.,None — A Shelby man dressed in women's clothing was arrested at Walmart Monday night.
Allen Johnson, 23, from the 1000 block of Dodd Street, was charged with misdemeanor larceny.
An arrest report states Johnson stole $68.72 worth of clothes from Walmart and put it in a purse. Police received the call at 10:04 p.m.
He was booked into the Cleveland County jail under a $1,000 secured bond.
