CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For Super Bowl 50, a Charlotte man wanted to go beyond his usual game day gear so he recreated quarterback Cam Newton's eye-catching designer pants.
Newton wore the $849 Versace pants as he boarded the flight last weekend to California for Super Bowl 50.
Marcus Gladden created his version for about $20 out of gold and black fabric pant.
The creative fan plans to wear them to the Studio Movie Grill watch party Sunday night.
