CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers' remain 10-0 on the season after a win over the Washington Redskins on Sunday.
The Cam Newton led Panthers beat the Redskins 44-16.
Newton threw five touchdown passes.
The Carolina Panthers' climb up the NFL Power Rankings continues as the team grabbed the No. 2 spot.
ESPN ranks the Panthers behind only the New England Patriots (9-0).

The Panthers, who are off to the best start in franchise history at 9-0, beat the Titans 27-10 on Sunday.
The Panthers have won 13 consecutive regular season games, the longest streak in the NFL.

The Washington Redskins (4-5) come to Charlotte on Sunday to try and knock off the unbeaten Panthers.
The Redskins are 7-4 all-time vs. the Panthers.
No NFL team has been worse on the road than the Redskins, and coach Jay Gruden is not quite sure what he can do to change that.
"I don't know any magical pep talks that'll help in that regard," Gruden said Thursday. "We're practicing hard. We're preparing the right way. Now it's just a matter of we've got to go out and perform on the road. But I don't know what words will help that."
Panthers reveal Thanksgiving Day uniform
The Redskins are 0-4 on the road, part of an eight-game losing streak away from home that dates to last season and is the longest active such drought in the NFL.
The NFL announced Tuesday that Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart is a finalist for this week's FedEx Ground Player of the Week award for his performance against the Titans.
Stewart rushed for 91 yards on 22 carries and a touchdown. It is Stewart's first nomination of the season.
