None — NCDOT will close southbound Providence Rd./NC 16 just south of Rea Rd. in Weddington from 1 p.m. through 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Crews will be paving as part of the widening project and flaggers will alternate the flow of traffic through the construction zone. From I-485 and the Ardrey Kell Rd. area, use Rea Rd. to Marvin School Rd. (right) to New Town Rd. (left) as an alternate route traveling south toward Marvin and Waxhaw. If traveling north toward Charlotte, reverse this alternate route.
