SLIDESHOW: Family Finds Grenade In Rock Hill Home
Frank Lochel said he was moving the cabinet Monday when he heard something rattle. His son and brother reached inside and found a small package with "SIMULATOR, HAND GRENADE" written on it.
Lochel said they quickly and carefully put the package down and called 911.
Bomb squad members said the grenade was used for training in the 1970s and while it does explode, it isn't as dangerous as a regular grenade.
