CHARLOTTE — One person was shot early Thursday afternoon in north Charlotte, MEDIC said.
The shooting happened at about 1:15 p.m. along North Caldwell Street near East 12th Street in the Optimist Park neighborhood.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
No additional details have been made available.
