CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bank of America Corp. is the sole organization with local headquarters to appear on Fortune’s ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in the U.S.
Charlotte-based BofA — the second-largest bank in the nation by assets — ranks at No. 77 on this year’s list, which is 15 spots higher than its position at No. 92 in 2019.
Work-related perks include subsidized childcare; compressed work weeks; fully paid sabbaticals; on-site fitness/subsidized gym; a non-discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation; health insurance for part-timers; sick days for part-timers; and college tuition reimbursement. The bank has a cap of 30 paid time-off days and 10 sick days.
