Thousands of dollars in scholarships were also awarded to some very grateful CMS students.
“Coming from a single-parent household, this award was very meaningful toward my education and future, and I’m just very grateful to the committee,” said Maurice Reese Cowley III, scholarship recipient.
The annual event was hosted by The Crown Jewels Chapter of the Links.
Channel 9's Erica Bryant served as emcee of the ceremony.
