CHARLOTTE — A Charlotte man won $200,000 after taking his chance on a $5 scratch-off ticket.
Dennis McCullough bought a Double Your Money ticket at the R & K Express Mart on Pence Road.
Lottery officials said McCullough came to claim his prize on Thursday. After taxes, he took home $144,021.
