CHARLOTTE — Brown Bag Seafood Co. is now dishing up its sustainably sourced seafood in South End.
The Chicago-based fast-casual seafood chain has opened a 2,542-square-foot establishment at the Lowe’s Tech Hub in South End. It is at 100 W. Worthington Ave.
And it won’t be the brand’s last in Charlotte. Brown Bag is prioritizing local growth in the market, says Zach Flanzman, president and chief operating officer.
“Charlotte has felt like home for the brand right away, and after a warm reception and very strong launch in Birkdale Village, we’re excited to explore more urban pockets of the city as well in South End and uptown,” he says.
