CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department plans to unveil a new crime fighting technology during Tuesday at the annual National Night Out.
It's a pen-like applicator called Cop Dots.
Each pen is different and is registered online. You can mark your valuables with it.
If they're stolen it can be tracked back to your Cop Dot pen. They're for sale at Lowe's home improvement stores.
