CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a man in connection with a bank robbery Saturday in the University City area.
A man entered the BB&T Bank on Mallard Creek Road and handed an employee a note that demanded money and indicated he had a gun, officials said.
The man is in his 30s with a medium build and a graying beard. He was last seen wearing a black pea coat, a blue toboggan hat, dark pants and latex gloves.
