IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — One person is dead after a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Iredell County.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol investigated the fatal collision involving a 2013 Kawasaki Z1000 driven by 44-year-old Timothy Wayne Pack.
According to troopers, Pack was traveling east on Winthrow Creek Road near Triplett Road when the motorcycle ran off the right side of the roadway.
The vehicle then overturned and collided with a slight embankment and ditch.
Investigators stated that initial findings do not indicate impairment as a contributing factor in the collision.
The cause of this crash is still under investigation.
