Investigation underway after deadly shooting in York County

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — On Friday, the York County Coroner’s Office responded to West Liberty Hill Road in York to investigate a shooting death.

The victim, Travis Lowe, 29, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The York County Coroner’s Office and the York County Sheriff’s Office are investigating Lowe’s death.

Autopsy and toxicology results will be completed this week with results pending.
