ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Police charged a man with trying to kill two people in Albemarle.
Investigators say a shooting happened around 1 p.m. Sunday on Inger Street off Leonard Avenue.
Police said they found two men who had been shot. Their injuries are serious.
Officers charged Devonte Wall with two counts of attempted murder and shooting into an occupied building.
They believe he knew the victims.
