UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Two people are behind bars after an armed robbery near a high school.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office says Jayden Watts and Courtney Massey Jr. robbed and assaulted a victim with a gun as the victim tried to buy marijuana vape products near Parkwood High School.
Authorities arrested Watts in Monroe and Massey Jr. in north Charlotte.
Both are being held at the Union County Detention Center under no bond.
