CHARLOTTE — North Carolina has secured a $4 million federal grant to help people leaving prison transition into the workforce.
Governor Josh Stein said the funding will boost job training and reentry support.
Through the help of the NC Works System, this initiative will serve inmates at eight correctional facilities.
