CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte City Council will discuss new affordable housing proposals at its Monday meeting.
City leaders will hear from the head of Housing and Neighborhood Services about ways to spend housing trust fund dollars, which is money that voters approved to be spent on affordable housing.
