SALISBURY, N.C. — The Rowan County district attorney said Monday there will be no charges against several Salisbury police officers in the shooting death of a man who went on a wild crime spree.

Paul Jones shot two people on Nov. 9, one during a robbery and the other during a carjacking.
Jones led police on a chase and crashed on Jake Alexander Boulevard.
The officers shot and killed Jones.
