CHARLOTTE — A major road in NoDa is closed for two weeks so crews can work on an ongoing pavement reconstruction project.

East 36th street is closed between North Davidson and North Tryon streets until Jan 16. Drivers will need to use Matheson Avenue or Sugar Creek Road as alternate routes.
