BELHAVEN, N.C. — A coastal home with 14 rooms situated on 59 acres has hit the market for $8.25 million.
The Flowers Landing estate, located at 220 Pungo Shores Drive in the waterfront town of Belhaven in Beaufort County, was listed for sale on July 24, according to Chris Respess, a real estate broker selling the property.
The house currently hosts events such as retreats and weddings, according to Respess. It was built in 2000.
