One person injured in south Charlotte shooting, MEDIC says

CHARLOTTE — MEDIC responded to a call about a gunshot wound in south Charlotte on Sunday afternoon.

Paramedics arrived at the scene at the 9500 block of South Boulevard just before 6 p.m., officials said.

MEDIC said one patient was treated for life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.

No additional details have been made available.
