LAKE NORMAN, N.C. — Two homes sit at the top of the residential real estate market in Sherrills Ford, carrying a hefty price tag.

Those homes at 8451 Ridgewood Road and 2820 Camden Pointe Drive are listed at $4 million. Located about 6 miles apart, they sit on different parts of Lake Norman, with both providing seclusion and lake access.

The most recent of the two properties to come on the market is Ridgewood Road. Built in 2007, that 8,867-square-foot residence has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.

The Camden Pointe home encompasses two lots that total 2.8 acres and fronts Lake Norman on a private peninsula.
