CHARLOTTE — One person is dead after being hit by a car in south Charlotte on Sunday afternoon, according to paramedics.
It happened around 2:40 p.m. near along Providence Road. It is unclear what led up to the crash. MEDIC said one person was pronounced dead on the scene.
Channel 9 is working to learn more about what up to the crash.
