Raleigh woman accuses Burger King employee of raping her in bathroom

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Burger King employee is accused of raping a woman he works with inside the restaurant in Raleigh.

The woman said she and her sister were going to pick him up when things turned violent.

She said while her sister was talking with staff, the man forced her into a bathroom stall and raped her.

"I was scared. I've never been this scared in my life. He never hit me, but he was being rough," the woman said.

The woman claims she had a relationship with the male employee last year.

Police said no one has been charged.
