SHELBY, N.C. — Police in Shelby arrested 22 people in a major drug sweep and they are still searching for a dozen others.
They spent the last year identifying street level drug dealers believed to be dealing drugs like crack, cocaine, meth and marijuana in Operation Spring Clean.
