KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — North Carolina's Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert Thursday night for a missing 62-year-old Kannapolis man.
Jeffery Alvin Riley, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was last seen along Glenn Avenue in Kannapolis.
Riley is described as having gray-brown hair with blue eyes, weighs 185 pounds, and is 5 feet 7 inches tall.

Officials said Riley was last seen wearing jeans, a grey t-shirt, and possibly a hat.
