CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. — The Highway Patrol believes a medical condition may have caused a large truck to go off the road south of Hickory Thursday morning.
Officials say the crash happened along Highway 321 shortly after 7 a.m.
The truck veered off the road and into a nearby wooded area.
Channel 9 is asking about the driver’s condition.
