CONNELLY SPRINGS, N.C. — Two people appeared in court Wednesday on allegations they had meth.
The Burke County Narcotics Task Force raided 6619 Deerfield Lane on Monday “after receiving complaints of possible drug activity,” according to a press release.
Investigators said they found unspecified quantities of methamphetamine and cash. Also seized was suspected drug paraphernalia.
Residents Jacob Thomas Stilwell, 20, and Tewsdai Ondus McNeely, 24, were each charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
Each was jailed under a $10,000 secured bond.
Stilwell is also awaiting trial on charges he was driving a stolen car.
