CHARLOTTE — Home prices increased across Mecklenburg County in 2024 — for the most part.

Two other ZIP codes had double-digit increases: 28277, covering parts of south Charlotte and Ballantyne, and nearby 28211, which includes Cotswold and Foxcroft.
