The Wayfind program is a free college access program with a foundation in mentorship, according to Wingate University.

In the spring, twenty 8th graders from East Union and Monroe Middle School get the opportunity to become Wayfind Scholars. The scholars receive a college mentor who helps them along their college journey while the scholars complete high school.

At the end of the program if the student is accepted into Wingate University, they will receive a full tuition scholarship.
