CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Officials are expecting 40,000 fans to pile into the Bank of America Stadium Saturday for the Belk College Kickoff game between West Virginia University and the University of Tennessee.
The game starts at 3:30 p.m. and Channel 9 meteorologists predict the heat index will reach 100 degrees in Charlotte.
