YORK COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies said a 2-year-old boy was found wandering down a York County road Friday afternoon.
Officials said the boy was spotted around 1 p.m. with two family dogs walking down River Road near Ore Road in Smyrna, which was about one mile from his home.

He slipped away while playing at his home. His grandmother said he is fast and very smart for his age.
The boy's mother was outside when he ran off into the woods.
The York County Sheriff's Office posted pictures of the boy and his two dogs on Twitter asking if anyone knew who he was.
His parents were found soon after.
It's unclear if any charges will be filed.
